Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Group GM, Utilities and GM, Facilities Management and provide them administrative, secretarial, and general support.

The person we are looking for will be a dynamic and focused person with previous experience providing PA services or advanced secretarial support. You will be superbly presented, work with a positive 'can do' attitude and knows how to work professionally. The role will play a pivotal part in the business and would be suited to those who thrive in a busy environment.

The role will involve providing confidential personal and professional administration including some financial reporting support. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and be able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, coordination of monthly reports; travel and diary management; month end, operational and ad-hoc reporting; document management; event and function coordination.

  • Extensive experience providing personal assistance at a senior level in a corporate environment
  • Very organised and methodical
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to produce complex spreadsheets, pivot tables & graphs
  • A natural and enthusiastic team player
  • Customer service focused with great relationship skills.
