Reporting to the Group CEO you'll have a diverse range of work that will keep you busy whilst providing executive assistance across numerous tasks. Some of these include organising the Group CEOs schedule, organising meetings, travel, logistics, drafting presentations, reports and documents, minute taking, managing the CEOs email inbox and calendar, coordinating office management and property services.
You will have exceptional coordination and organisation skills, be well versed in managing diaries, scheduling meetings and preparing minutes. You must have a good eye for detail and are calm under pressure. You will be a diplomatic and skilled communicator and will understand the importance of providing effective and efficient support to enable the CEO to focus on those critical, high level business decisions. Your can-do approach, engaging personality and sense of humour coupled with your ability to anticipate needs will ensure your success in this role.
What you need?
- Solid EA work experience (min 3 years)
- Solid office administration experience
- Ability to conduct efficient research, analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Proficient MS Office Suite software skills
- High level of trust and confidentiality
