As a Customer Excellence Representative, you will engage and inspire confidence in our customers that we are the best energy provider by delivering an exceptional customer experience, every time. You will resolve customer queries through your passion to use your knowledge to solve and satisfy. You will also have excellent communication skills and a love for customer engagement and excellence. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary. The ability to understand and interact with customers, along with a positive and energetic attitude is an absolute must.
Energy Online operates Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Our customers are our business and flexibility regarding hours of work is essential to ensure customer expectations are met.
