This is a full time permanent (civ) position
As the Administration Officer within the Directorate of Recruiting you will be responsible for providing proactive, effective administration support to the Directorate of Recruiting Business team and Headquarters staff. This includes assistance with information requests, financial forecasting, budgeting, accounts payment and office support.
What we need
Based in the Wellington Region (Ngauranga and shifting into the CBD later in 2019), the Administration Officer is responsible for providing assistance with financial forecasting, budgeting, accounts payment and full office support functions. Your duties will also include coordinating travel requirements, supporting Defence Recruiting Induction Courses, conferences and events as well as developing and maintaining relationships across networks.
If you have the following skills and attributes we want to hear from you:
- A minimum of 3 years office administration experience, preferably with solid skills using SAP (or other corporate ERP systems)
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite
- Ability to efficiently handle varied priorities
