About the role

As a Part-time Permanent Customer Services Consultant, you will be working in our Matiatia Office on Waiheke Island, which means you will have to be living on the island.
This role is the first point of contact for many of our local Waiheke customers, and our team ensures that all customers have a fantastic experience before even stepping on board!
You will be a key point of contact in making sure our customers feel welcome and informed when using our services. Your friendly attitude and excellent product knowledge will ensure our customers have an amazing experience with us.
To be considered for this position, you will need to be an amazing communicator, have a high standard of personal presentation and of course, provide exceptional customer service!
