And as an AKA Administrator, you…

…would be part of an amazing team in a fun environment where children are the focus. You will work closely with both teachers and team members, as well as our kindergarten families. You will be responsible for the day to day kindergarten admin processes, including enrolments and accounts and you would also provide support to the Head Teacher and teaching team.

And you will have…

  • Previous administration and accounts experience, preferably in an Early Childhood Environment, but this is not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills - you build and maintain outstanding relationships
  • Flexibility, adaptability, tolerance and perseverance
  • Strong computer skills (preferably Mac)
  • A passion for working as a part of a collaborative team, as well as great individual focus
  • Strong attention to detail - you strive to deliver the very best work

This position can potentially be worked as 2 x 6 hour days, 3 x 4 hour days or 4 x 3 hour days each week…and we also have an Admin Reliever Pool - which would give you even more flexibility and the opportunity to work across different locations.
