As the Chaplaincy Administrator you’ll assist NZDF Chaplaincy through the provision of effective and timely secretarial and administrative support services. This includes support to the Chaplaincy Leadership Board and the wider team on NZDF camps and bases throughout NZ.
What we need
An administrator with refined communications skills with experience working in a large and diverse corporate environment. An enthusiastic team member with a strong customer service focus, has an eye for detail and ensures accuracy in their work. You’ll be skilled in SAP or another corporate ERP system, be familiar with budgetary processes and financial administration, experienced in resolving issues and working productively in team environments as well as autonomously. Your strengths in minute taking, planning ahead, working to deadlines and interpersonal relationship building will be crucial to your success in this role.
Ideally you will have some knowledge of NZDF structure, but more importantly share values with and have an understanding of NZDF’s mission and environment.

Please note that this is a part time role (20 hours per week). The hours for this role are 4 hours per day (mornings), Monday to Friday.
