As a result, we are looking for Christmas Casual Helpers to join us in delivering an exceptional shopping experience that ensures our customers get everything they need for the Christmas and holiday season.
Your role as a Christmas Casual Helper will be to jump in wherever we need you most. This may involve providing exceptional customer service, unpacking and replenishing stock so that it is visible, appealing and available, or providing a seamless point of sale service that is efficient and engaging.
Who are we looking for this Christmas?
To be successful in this position you need to have:
- Previous customer service or interior design/decorating experience
- A passion for homewares and a love of Christmas products
- High energy and confidence
- Quick problem solving skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Regular work availability from November through to the end of January
- Availability to attend training during the month of October
Strong consideration will also be given to candidates who have full availability from 10 December 2018 through to 6 January 2019 including evenings and Boxing Day.
