  • Based in either Kaiapoi, Eastgate or Riccarton branch
  • Lending experience preferred but not essential

About the role:
Customer Banking Consultants are primarily responsible for identifying the Customers ‘sales & lending’ needs by providing personalised solutions across a range of products such as credit cards, investment products, insurances, home/personal loans and business lending.

As a ‘lender’ you will have direct access to our in-house specialist sales and advice team when needed. As the banking industry goes through unprecedented change, our ‘lenders’ will need to be able to adapt and tailor solutions to keep up with the industry pace which in turn will offer our customers a unique and personalised banking experience so they can achieve their financial aspirations.

What you will bring to the role?
Our physical branch transformation has been in response to increase customer demands and the rapid rate of adoption of new technologies. The digital charge being led by customers is pushing all industries to constantly innovate and for us to deliver ‘banking at the speed of life’. This is what we’ll need from you…
  • Prior banking experience
  • Financial/Banking sales and home lending experience preferred
  • Full knowledge and understanding of products and services within the scope of a ‘lender’
  • Passionate about digital innovation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to meet customer needs
