We are now recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Queenstown office.

The ideal person will have good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, and a willingness to become actively involved in ensuring our busy Queenstown office runs smoothly from both an administration and reception point of view. The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to reception tasks, general office administration, travel coordination and providing overflow support for our legal administrators.
The ideal candidate will have:

Strong administrative skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and use their initiative
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and front of house skills
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Accurate and fast typing ability
  • Professional telephone manner
  • High energy and enthusiasm
Previous administration experience is preferred however we will consider an NCEA Level 3 school leaver who meets all other criteria and is looking to establish their administration career in Queenstown.

You will be approachable and enthusiastic, co-operative and collaborative and demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. As the front of house for our Queenstown office, you will possess a polished appearance and able to engage confidently with staff and clients.
