Front Office Receptionist Jobs Vacancy in Company Auckland City Jobs Details:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing individual who has excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to multi-task with focused attention to detail are important qualities for this position.
This role includes guest check-ins, handling telephone enquiries and bookings, assisting corporate clients and in house guests, finalising guest accounts and processing reservations.
Initially we are looking for someone to cover 5 shifts per week (35 – 37 hours) to cover staff who will be away on leave from 21 June until the 27 th August. Longer term you will be in charge of the front desk for 2 - 3 shifts per week. The successful applicant would be provided with full training in the weeks prior to the 21 June.
Your usual hours (outside of holiday cover) will be based on a minimum of 14 hours (2 shifts) with the flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week. We will endeavor to tailor your shifts to work around your timetable and your hours may include weekends, public and school holidays as required. Our front office hours are 7.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 4.00pm weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or a Hospitality and Tourism qualification will be highly regarded but not essential. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
