The Marketing Integration Lead is responsible for the coordination and communication of BNZ's in market activity plan. The role will provide support to ensure effective alignment and integration of marketing planning to drive better outcomes for customers and deliver to BNZ's marketing strategy.
About the Role:
A newly created role working within an agile environment, you will engage with tribe teams to ensure effective alignment and integration of marketing planning.
- Coordination and communication of in-market activity plan
- Support the investment planning, tracking and reporting in alignment with activity plan development
- Support the development of the planning process with the Marketing Planning Manager to ensure initiatives are aligned to deliver our overall marketing strategy.
You will be an intermediate level marketing campaign executive/ account manager with at least 3-5 years' experience under your belt. You will have solid experience with comms, managing campaigns and projects (agency or inhouse). Your soft skills are just as crucial as your technical ability, to be successful you will need strong relationship building, problem-solving and influencing skills.
