Working in our fabulous offices in the heart of Parnell within our Gaulter Russell Numero team of industry professionals, your main responsibilities will cover administration in the areas of team support, internal database management and temp/contractor processing. Your role will include working closely with the internal team, liaising with candidates and suppliers, website content administration, travel arrangements, back up reception duties….and the list goes on. Strong initiative and a true desire to assist and support are key to this role!

You'll be a true go-getter, either a fresh graduate or someone with a little office experience with excellent MS office skills. It goes without saying that you'll be organised, confident and love dealing with people. Top communication skills, a strong customer service ethic and excellent attention to detail are also a must. Your proactive approach will be highly valued, nothing will be a problem... basically you'll be happy to lend a hand with whatever comes your way! A desire to work in the recruitment industry will also be a plus.
