You will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests, constantly going above and beyond, as well as spotting opportunities where you can make meaningful product and service recommendations.

We are looking for applicants who are able to build strong relationships, can think on their feet, enjoy providing great customer outcomes and who have an affiliation with online and digital channels. You will need to be confident asking the right questions, tailoring solutions for individual customers, and educating them on making their banking easier.
