We have an exciting opportunity for 2 new Customer Service Officers to join our Queenstown & Remarkables Park Branches. Based in one of New Zealand's most stunning locations you have the Remarkables as your backdrop, beautiful in the summer and equally as stunning in the winter months.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be on the frontline delivering unbeatable customer experiences. You will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests. You will have the tools to educate new and existing clients on the various banking solutions and options available to them.
We are looking for applicants who are able to build strong relationships, can think on their feet, enjoy providing good customer outcomes and who have an affiliation with online and digital channels. You will need to be confident asking the right questions, tailoring solutions for individual customers, and educating them on making their banking easier.
Both these position are full time. You will be rostered to work 80 hours per fortnight over 7 days. We require the successful applicant to have the flexibility to work at both branches as required.
