ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

Capital and Coast DHB (CCDHB) is located centrally in Wellington and has the equivalent of around 4,300 full time staff, making us a major employer in the Wellington region. CCDHB operates two hospitals - Wellington Regional Hospital in Newtown and Kenepuru Hospital in Porirua - as well as the Kapiti Health Centre at Paraparaumu. We also operate Te Korowai-Whāriki, a large mental health campus based at Porirua.

CCDHB provides a range of specialist services including neurosurgery, oncology, neonatal intensive care and community-based services including district nursing, rehabilitation services, social work, alcohol and drug services, and home support services to a population of around 900,000 people.

Wellington is New Zealand's capital city, a cultural and cosmopolitan epicentre renowned for its vibrant cafés, restaurants, international sporting and cultural events set in a beautiful natural harbour. ABOUT THE ROLE

The CCDHB Recruitment Team is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with the recruitment tasks, assist our Recruitment Advisors with organising interviews, data entry, reporting and collating of files for our HR records team.

There are a number of administrative tasks that you will assist the Recruitment Advisors in for the delivery of their services. These include scheduling interviews, responding to candidate enquiries, and the administration functions associated with our candidate database and candidate care.

DUTIES

  • Administration associated with recruitment i.e. advertising, candidate care.
  • Reporting, data entry & collation of files for recruitment projects
  • Assist Recruitment Advisors with candidate management, recruitment processes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, ideally in a centralised model
  • Proven experience and skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and presentation applications
  • Strong and accurate written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focused with a professional and helpful attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work in a very busy environment with tight timeframes.
