Our IAG Administration Team are seeking a front line, prioritising superstar to join their team in this awesome Part-time opportunity.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has gained their dynamic administration experience from working in a busy office support or customer service role.
- Providing a friendly and effective service on our Reception
- Email and inquiry management
- Health and Safety and Access card audits
- Assisting with Functions
- Fortnight administration visits to 3x other sites to assist with Mail, stationary and administration queries.
- Maintaining supplier operational relationships
- Must have full drivers licence
This is a Part-time role, 8.30am - 5.00pm, working 37.5 hrs a fortnight.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this is a busy and varied role and it is pivotal to the success of our business.
This role will see you based at the NZI Centre on Fanshawe Street right in the heart of Auckland City. You must be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise. Excellent time management, along with your outgoing and approachable personality will make you a well-rounded and ideal candidate for this role.
