This is where you come in
You'll be responsible for maintaining inventory levels at our National and Regional Warehouses in New Zealand, ensuring that weekly and monthly cycle counts are generated in line with our policies, and quantities recorded in our systems accurately reflect physical stock. The integrity of our data is key and we'll need you to create reports, address discrepancies and put control measures in place to make sure inaccuracies and errors are highlighted and resolved.
You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams and the demand planner to support the planning of purchase, promotions and marketing activities, and to ensure the team are aware of potential shortages and excess stock.
So who are you?
You've got demonstrable experience in inventory control processes and a broad knowledge of related KPIs as well as experience in using ERP and reporting systems such as JDE, Oracle One and Powerplay (Cognos).
You've got the passion and ability to manage and improve processes and systems, and you'll communicate effectively to manage stakeholder relationships well.
You're customer focussed and commercially savvy with the ability to get results every time.
