About the role
The Business Platform Services Corporate & Integration Systems team has a great opportunity for an ICT specialist to demonstrate the range of their skillset.
Reporting to the BPS Manager and working as part of a busy SAP support team, you will cover all aspects of this role at the IT Specialist or Senior IT Specialist level.
What you'll need to bring to the role
Ideally you will be someone who already possesses a good working knowledge and career experience across:
- SAP system knowledge e.g. navigational skills, organisation structure and info types
- Service Management with respect to incident logging system knowledge
- Customer Service skills at a high level
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to demonstrate experience of problem solving involving proactive strategies
