Biological Systems is responsible for the development and delivery of our core biological (animals) products and services to our customers. Biological Systems is made up of Livestock Selection and the animal products including Genetics, Environment & Nutrition, Herd Testing, Diagnostics and Animal Health & Treatment.
This role reports to the Technical & Research Manager and is responsible for assisting in the research and evaluation of Animal Health related projects and products.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Science degree with an emphasis on molecular biology and animal science and/or practical work experience in relevant techniques
- PCR and ELISA techniques desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
