As one of our valued clients, OneStaff are delighted to be recruiting for a number of Permanent Machine Operators on behalf of Jamestrong. Working on a rotational shift roster, these are busy roles in a fast paced production environment. We are looking for skilled and experienced Machine Operators who have a strong mechanical aptitude. As a Coil Cutting or Coater Operator day to day tasks will include effective running of the coil cutting and coater lines, material change overs, trouble shooting and quality control.
Ideal applicants for this role will:
Have proven machine operation experience in a production environment
Have the ability to remain calm when working under pressure
Have proven reliability and commitment to their employer
Be able to work a rotating shift pattern
Be an exceptional team player
Hold good health and safety practises in the highest regard
Be physically fit and capable
Have a positive and upbeat attitude to work
