We are looking for a Regional Fundraising Manager in Wellington to head up an exciting new Fundraising operation!

The successful applicant will have experience leading Face to Face Fundraising teams and training and mentoring staff to meet sales targets. You will be required to work independently as part of a team that is spread across New Zealand, reporting to the Operations Manager in Auckland.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining teams of fundraisers who work in Wellington city and the surrounding suburbs. You will be the first point of contact for Team Leaders and fundraising staff daily.

- Experience in Face to Face Fundraising
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of sales staff
- Ability to meet both quality and quantity targets
- Drivers licence (preferred but not essential)
- Natural leadership skills
