What's the Role About?
We are a rapidly growing global company and the position is suited to someone who is a team player, prepared to work hard supporting the Marketing and Sales team. Experience working in a marketing role is amazing but a recent grad that has the right attitude might just wow us so don’t be shy. You will also be required to work independently and will need to be a fast learner.
This Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant will support our Sales & Marketing lead by coordinating our sales function, qualify inquiries, analyse lead origination, conversion and the customer journey...and a lot other cool things too!
You’ll Work on exciting projects, co-creating content for social media, email and online advertising campaigns. Exposure to a CRM platform offers the opportunity to learn about a sales pipeline, how to communicate with prospects in each stage as well as analysing various reports and making sense of the retrieved data. Dabble in WordPress and assist with keeping our website up-to-date and optimised.
Good understanding (degree or commercial experience) of sales and/or marketing principles
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach
Experience using MS Office
Amazing communication skills - both written and verbal
Passion, passion and some more passion
Big Smiler and excellent attitude
Great attention to detail
Ability to think critically, analytically and practically
Hard working, punctual, self-motivated and driven
The desire to become part of a rapidly growing company and go the extra mile
