Administration Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Company Auckland City Jobs Details:

Exciting opportunity available for a hardworking student to join a marketing team in the health and beauty industry as an administration assistant. This position is a great opportunity to learn and gain some experience.

Hours can be flexible but will initially be 20 hours per week on a 5 month contract. We are happy to work around your lectures.

The position involves:

  • General office duties
  • Data entry
  • Sending out PR
  • Packaging
  • Mailouts
  • Occasional instore relays & merchandising

  • Be a marketing student in at least your second year
  • Have a genuine interest in health and beauty
  • Be proficient using Microsoft excel, Power point and Word
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Some flexibility to work extended hours if required is preferred
