Are you an experienced customer frontline person passionate about the fitness and recreation industry? Do you enjoy working in a close team environment?
We are currently looking for a confident and friendly professional to provide a first-rate customer experience for our visitors in our East Auckland Pool and Leisure Centres.
Our customer service representatives deliver exceptional frontline customer service to our valued customers at our facilities. As a confident communicator you will enjoy dealing with people of all levels and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work proactively.
To be successful in this role , you will have:
- A friendly, outgoing manner to compliment your high standard of personal presentation
- Proven work experience in a customer facing environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers from any background
- Sound computer skills, with previous cash handling skills being a definite benefit
- Experience and knowledge in the fitness/recreation industries
- Current First Aid and/or current CPR certificates
Pool and Leisure Centre operates a 7-day service, so reliability and commitment to work early and late shifts as well as weekends, between 5:00 am and 9.30 pm is crucial. The flexibility to work extra shifts when required across these hours is important.
