ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – PAYROLL & AR
Integrated Foods Group is a well-established vertically integrated agribusiness with a large scale
farming base in the Gisborne region and a boutique lamb processing and sales operation in Napier.
Our product offerings span the domestic and international markets, and we are poised to make
significant growth through an emergent off shore venture.
We are seeking a friendly and capable new team member to join our Gisborne based HQ. Working alongside a close knit Administration and Finance team, a large part of your day will include payroll processing, accounts receivable, reporting, telephony and general administration.
Your organisation skills and ability to prioritise will enable you to manage the many demands of this role. This is small hardworking team, so your ability to interact, communicate and willingness to help across the team is essential.
To be successful you will have a sound understanding of both payroll process and the related legislation, regulations and compliance environment. Your commitment to deliver a high level of customer service will see you resolving queries and actively working with others to identify opportunities for improvement across payroll and accounts receivable. You will also have:
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent problem solving ability
A good eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality & meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills
