Support three senior managers at GM level

  • Flexible working hours
  • Wide and varied role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Based at ASB's state of the art head office, on Auckland's North Wharf
  • Supporting three General Managers based at ASB's head office in Wynyard Quarter, this pivotal role will see you will providing high level support to our GM Management Information , GM Treasury and GM Portfolio Optimisation.

    Encompassing all aspects of PA and admin support at a senior level you will need to possess a natural ability to manage competing priorities, multi task in a fast paced environment all whilst remaining calm and delivering under pressure. You will need to be self-managing, able to anticipate and act on the needs of the GM's.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to interact with our senior leaders and executives, and so applicants must possess a high degree of initiative, assertiveness and skill at communicating with senior stakeholders. Motivated and proactive, you will have a well-developed ability to exercise sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion at all times.

    There is plenty of opportunity to be involved in wider initiatives within the Financial Services team and to also further your own personal development. This is a role that you can make as big as you want with a great team and fun social culture.

    Previous experience at a senior support level within a medium or large organisation is essential, as are strong skills and ability in using MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
