We are looking for a Senior Industrial Relations (IR)/Employment Relations (ER) and change specialist who is looking for an organisation that strives to work Closer, Braver & Faster. Reporting to the ER & Advisory Manager you'll have experience working in a unionised environment and can deliver high quality and flexible solutions in response to business needs.
Working with a team of Consultants and Advisors, you'll be the subject matter expert in employee/industrial relations and change management. You'll enjoy sharing your wealth of knowledge and up-skilling those around you, and building relationships with stakeholders within the business and wider People & Culture community.
You will assist with union negotiations and day-to-day workflow and resourcing and implementation of the people strategy. This will involve the delivery of HR projects and solutions for people initiatives that apply across IAG Group and IAG NZ.
What do we need?
In addition to a Law or HR qualification, you'll have five years plus experience in a senior generalist HR role, within a corporate environment. You'll display flexible and resilient qualities, experience in large scale project delivery, and the ability to adapt to a forever changing environment. Having a passion for coaching and developing others is important, as this role offers the opportunity to lead from the front and influence the actions of others.
