Employing more than 80 Engineers, technicians and administration staff across three offices throughout New Zealand, my client value their staff and have an excellent staff retention rate.
With an impressive portfolio of exciting and often iconic projects across engineering, resource management and surveying my client are now seeking a 'Marketing and Administration Guru' to compliment and support this talented team of experts!
In this role you will be supporting staff with the delivery of the Consultancy's marketing, communication and website maintenance across the group in New Zealand and overseas.

About the Role:
Responsible for brand management, including all signage, advertising and branded stationery.
Creation, production and editing of all digital and printed marketing material.
Development, maintenance and monitoring of company website, Linkedin and Facebook pages.
Work with senior staff in preparation of tenders/EoIs/proposals.
Maintaining staff curricula vitae (CV) database.
Arrange or undertake market research for services, client satisfaction and company performance.
Management of Company Goolge Adwords campaigns.
Monthly reporting of all company-wide marketing activities and strategic analysis of results.
Ad hoc assistance of administration support services
Arranging annual client functions or gifts.
Production of quarterly newsletter to clients, external stakeholders, and staff.
Any other administration tasks reasonably requested or required to support the company

To be Successful:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Experience with Google adwords and analytics
Preferable with Adobe suite
Preferable with marketing software such as SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, etc
Strong communicator and ability to work autonomously
Use of initiative and ability to drive the role unaided
Familiarity with Wordpress
