What’s the role?

As part of our Global Communications team you will help Xero achieve our news, community and communications goals by assisting with a wide variety of activity including drafting and editing articles and blog posts, posting content in WordPress and coordinating the schedule for the Xero blog, researching content, coordinating media and stakeholder events, providing project briefings and other general administrative support.

This is a very busy and varied role which will suit someone with a degree in Communications, Journalism, PR or Marketing who has had a couple of years’ experience in a similar role and is now keen to further their communications career.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and with a passion for providing excellent customer service with a smile! Some experience writing is also required due to the nature of the role and more than anything a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and quickly prioritise projects across a large and geographically diverse set of key stakeholders.
