We have a fantastic opportunity for Lead Business Analyst in ACC's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). The EPMO is responsible for delivering business outcomes against ACC's enterprise plan, via portfolio, programme and project management.
The Lead Business Analyst plays a key role in the EPMO. As key interface between business and delivery teams, you will be responsible for ensuring business objectives, features and requirements are correctly captured for delivery purposes. Your experience and understanding of business analysis best practice will contribute towards the consistent application of business analysis methodologies across ACC.
As the successful candidate, you will have excellent analytical ability. You will have proven experience delivering and overseeing analysis services within large projects and programmes of work. Your leadership experience and ability to coach and develop others will contribute towards the BA practice delivery capability.
You will be required to build & maintain strong relationships with various teams and stakeholders across ACC, so it is important that you have strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with a diverse audience.
Our ideal candidate will have, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), at least 5 years in a Lead and/or Senior Business Analysis role delivering large project/s, practical Prince2 or SCRUM experience, proven experience in traceability, end to end analysis, cost benefit analysis and scope management, previous work stream management and/or lead experience, strong negotiation, facilitation and organisational skills and proven experience delivering successful business change.
