At InterContinental, we are looking for a full-time VIP Lounge Attendant to join our Club InterContinental team who can eventually step up to become a Team Leader!

About the Role:

We are searching for a poised VIP Lounge Attendant who will look after every aspect of our lounge guests’ stay. This involves service of breakfast, afternoon tea & twilight drinks as well as concierge & front desk elements. This could be the position you've been looking for if you are someone who wants to extend their leadership capabilities and be given room to grow.

Skills & Experience

  • You will be outgoing and passionate about hotels and most importantly overall guest experience
  • You'll need great communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Ideally you will have previous F&B experience
  • Some previous leadership experienced preferred
  • This role requires the successful applicant to have full availability and flexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster
  • Ideally you will have knowledge of Opera
