We continue to expand and are now looking for a customer relations manager to develop positive relationships with our key clients, to ensure we can understand their needs and be proactive in developing growth.

We are looking fro somebody to look after the Palmerston North to New Plymouth region.

Requirements:
To be successful you will be:

  • very good at building relationships and have exceptional customer relationship skills
  • You will need to have good negotiation skills as you will evaluating sites, providing quotes, and presenting into large complex environments.
  • High attention to detail is essential, and the ability to prioritise to make sure services are delivered as expected.
  • You will be able to see opportunities to up sell and provide additional complementary services.
  • A large majority of our work comes through word of mouth and therefore the ability to follow through and deliver is essential.
