To help achieve this, we require a Tenancy Manager to join our Auckland based team for a fixed-term until January 2019. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties within Mangere and will hold integral relationships with our tenants. You will be sensitive to the needs of different communities and cultures.

To be a good fit for this role you will be self-managing, self-motivated, enthusiastic and be able to work in a team and a mobile environment. You will have the ability to think on your feet, make quality decisions, and solve problems to help our tenants.
What you'll need to bring:
- An ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Expertise in time management and organisation skills
- An understanding of social housing and its complexities
- The skills to manage conflict and de-escalate situations
- Excellent communication skills both (verbal and written)
- A full and clean driver's licence
- Ability to travel frequently (vehicle provided)
- A sound working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (preferred)
