At Waitemata District Health Board, the Marinoto North Child, Youth & Family Mental Health Team offers expert assessment and treatment to clients across the age range from 4 to 18 years.
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Clinician to join us as the Clinical Coordinator for 12 Months.
As a member of the Senior Management Team you will be actively involved in service delivery planning and direction. A key part of this position is offering clinical direction and support to the team including caseload reviews and at MDT's
This is an exciting and dynamic position giving you the opportunity to use both your clinical and leadership skills including.
- Oversight and containment for the Acute Focus Team
- Consultation and Liaison with key stakeholders
- Coaching and mentoring for junior clinicians
- Effective communication and the ability to build good rapport
