What you will be doing
As the Key Account Manager, your role will be to establish an on-going and mutually profitable business relationships with key major accounts and provide monthly reports on opportunities to improve their profitability. You'll also be expected to:
Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit targets
Negotiate all promotional programs and deals, discounts, and advertising subsidies
Take a leading role in the sales and operations planning process
Ensure all major account activity is communicated through to field implementation via Field Sales Team
Undertake regular and frequent field visits
This incredibly varied role would be perfect for an Account Management professional with effective leadership skills and excellent communications skills.
Are you the perfect fit?
To be perfect for this role, you will need to be an experienced Account Manager with a high accountability and who is open, honest, results-driven and collaborative. Experience in a sales environment, particularly in retail, hardware and FMCG, and shelf display and merchandising, is highly sought-after. You will also possess great problem-solving and analytical skills and will be adept at interpreting sales performance and market trends.
