The purpose of the Customer Service Manager is to manage their contracts in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures to ensure a high quality service is provided to the client. The Customer Service Manager is further responsible for providing solid leadership & training to staff teams, building growth and ensuring the long term sustainability of the contracts.
The Customer Service Manager has operational responsibility for their area, ensuring that cleaning & related services are performed in a professional and profitable manner to contract expectations. The Customer Service Manager is the regular Spotless contact for all clients within their area of control and is responsible for ensuring clear lines of communication between the client and cleaning teams and the client and the company. The CSM is responsible for all supervisory and cleaning staff in their area.

This role entails working in a challenging environment, often under high pressure and having to deal with conflicting priorities, to ensure the contracts are managed in an efficient and effective manner. The Customer Service Manager position therefore requires the individual to plan, organise, and prioritise their work in order to meet targets. The Customer Service Manager will also need to develop effective working relationships with both the client and the cleaning team.
