The role

We require a proactive, enthusiastic, experienced Inventory & Shipping Coordinator to join our busy Operations team.

You will be responsible for the integrity of our Inventory within our ERP system and helping create demand through our forecasting model. You will also be responsible for managing the end to end shipping process for the company.

Key responsibilities will include:
Ensure sourcing of stock items and inventory replenishment is on time.

Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure forecast alignment.

Pro-actively manage and co-ordinate any stock risks and supply issues to ensure out of stocks or are minimized.

Reduce deleted and excess stock through best practice ordering and reporting.

Manage end to end shipping process .

Help increase inventory accuracy, working closely with the operations team.

Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement role within a complex organization.

The ability to effectively manage workload and priorities, and meet deadlines.

Strong MS-Excel skills and exposer to analytics tools considered an advantage.

Experience with Supply Chain Management.

Experience with shipping lines, container imports and overseas payment processes.

Experience implementing processes to streamline procurement.

Experience with forecasting principals and processes.

Ability to work autonomously.

Experience with cost analysis to propose new logistics changes in routing or carriers.

Experience working with international carriers, local trucking companies and logistics intermediaries.

Proactively dealing with day to day shipping issues.

Report on overseas order status of overseas imports.

Experience working with Inventory processes and procedures.
