The AA is recognised as the leading provider of Motoring Services for New Zealanders, and has been for over 100 years.We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated person to join our Dunedin based Roadservice team.If this is you, you will be primarily responsible for resolving vehicle and member related problems for AA personal and corporate members. This key front-line position requires exceptional communication skills with a high focus on member service, teamwork and support activities.
You will be required to act with a high level of integrity, together with sound judgement and an eye for detail. You will have an approved Automotive Trade qualification with broad experience in all aspects of vehicle fault diagnosis and repair. A clean driving record is essential. You need to be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft products.This is a casual position to provide cover on an on call basis.
