The First Assistance Travel and Medical team provides Emergency Assistance to international travelers and expatriate workforces worldwide. We are dedicated and passionate professionals who make it our mission to help people solve problems. We are the Australasian market innovator in our growing industry.
We continue to grow our Travel portfolio and need an experienced Nurse to join our team in Ellerslie, Auckland. As a member of our nursing team you will provide medical support to clients with a wide range of medical problems who may be anywhere around the world - often in places with limited or no medical facilities. You will be the calm and reassuring voice that provides a lifeline to people in difficulty. With the support of our team of doctors and case managers you will help solve their problems with primary health care advice, direction to medical care, or co-ordination of evacuation.

This is a full time night shift position working 9 hour shifts on a 4 days on 4 days off basis, currently working 10.30pm to 7.30am.
You need to have:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years post graduate nursing experience with acute care nursing in ICU or Emergency Medicine
- Registration: A current general nursing registration
- Motivation: Enjoy the prospect of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Travel Experience: With 195 countries in the world, personal knowledge of some of them is an asset.
