We have an opportunity to join our team in a diverse and busy role where you will never get bored! As our Receptionist / Administrator you'll play an integral role within the business. Working across several divisions of our organisation this role encompasses a range of tasks including; answering the telephone with exceptional customer service, providing administration support to the Advertising team, loading job adverts, keeping our databases up to date with relevant information along with ad hoc PA duties for our Managing Director. Did we say it was diverse?

We work with a lot of different IT systems so being computer savvy and able to pick up new system and processes quickly is a must. You'll have to be adaptable and comfortable prioritising workloads and managing multiple tasks at once. Ideally you'll have a couple of years administration experience or similar under your belt but above all you will need to be someone with initiative, excellent customer service skills and high level of computer literacy.
