We’re Airsorted - we make home-sharing hassle-free. We build technology that enables us to look after the homes and guests of thousands of hosts, in multiple cities around the world.

We are here to solve the problem that home sharing is not accessible for many homeowners, who don’t have the time or the expertise. Catering for our hosts means that we hold responsibility for a multitude of customers and services on behalf of them.

Our mission is to build a global platform that makes it easy for everyone to share their home.

We’ve already managed over $45,000,000 in host earnings, managing 1,000s of homes in multiple cities around the world.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead our external suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Recruit, hire, support, and train new contractors.
  • Offer ongoing support to contractors and enable them to always deliver a 5* standard and great maintenance to the homes we manage.
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency across the board.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment.
  • Motivate a team to reach set goals and objectives

Salary : $45,000 - 50,000

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a team, preferably as a manager or as a team lead.
  • Industry experience in commercial cleaning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A doer. Someone who is able to get the job done whatever obstacle presents itself
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised and efficient with their time
  • Excited about using technology to transform an industry.
