DMAC Homes has an exciting position for an experienced Project Manager. Your focus will be managing the construction of 15 new residential builds. This role would commence immediately so you must be flexible. Applicants must have ATLEAST 10 years work experience in the building industry in New Zealand and 5 years project managing.Key account abilities include: - The management of multiple build sites simultaneously within specified time schedules- The coordination of construction activities including project manager, supplier and sub-contractor engagement- Monitoring and cost control of projects- Health and Safety for all sites- Continuous liaison with staff, contractors and home owners- Ensuring superior construction of all properties & compliance with New Zealand building codes & regulations We require the successful applicant to meet specific skills listed below.
