This role primarily consists of looking after our VIP's, which includes food & beverage service and some administrative tasks. You will have the ability to interact and effectively communicate with a wide range of guests with confidence. Your passion and enthusiasm matched with your knowledge of hotel operations will assist in the smooth running of our team and ensure personalised, meaningful service is consistently delivered.

You'll have previous experience in Food & Beverage operations and some experience in administrative roles. You will be outgoing and passionate about hotels and most importantly overall guest experience. Ideally you will have experience with the Opera system. This part-time role requires the successful applicant to have the flexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster, including morning, evening and weekend shifts.
