The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) plays a critical role in regulating capital markets and financial services in New Zealand and providing better outcomes for investors, consumers, professionals, businesses, and for the New Zealand economy.
We're looking for a smart and energetic administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Conduct, Disclosure and External Communications teams. This is a diverse role supporting two different functions giving you a unique insight into how we operate.
You will be integral to the day-to-day effectiveness of these teams by providing high-quality administrative support, including diary management, minute taking, booking travel and accommodation and organising meetings and workshop events. While you will be based within, and report to our Heads of Conduct and Disclosure, you'll also operate alongside other Team Support Administrators as a 'virtual team', supporting each other in the provision of administration services across FMA and sharing ideas and information.
Key to your success will be your proven experience as a Team secretary or Administrator gained in a corporate or professional services environment. You'll be confident in producing high level documents and be adept at picking up new tasks quickly. Strong computer literacy, well developed self-management and interpersonal skills will allow you to meet changing requirements as they arise, and manage competing priorities with ease.
