Hino Distributors (NZ) Ltd was established in 1983 and is the sole distributor of Hino Trucks in New Zealand, offering an exciting range of light, medium and heavy duty trucks via a national sales network.
We are currently looking for an Sales Support Administrator to join our office in Mt Wellington. This varied role involves frontline reception duties alongside sales support administrative tasks supporting our sales team. Responsibilities will include managing office supplies, updating and maintaining filing, accounts and invoice processing, mail distribution, generating sales reports, and managing vehicle registrations - to name just a few.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years experience in an office administration or similar role within a team environment. As well as displaying strong administration skills, you'll need to be proficient with computers and systems, with competence in the Microsoft Office suite. You'll be a sound communicator, be customer-focused and have good organisational and time management skills. We need someone self-motivated who brings with them a flexible attitude - multitasking skills are a must in this environment.
