The Quality Assurance Assistant will oversee sales analytics and be responsible for auditing calls and work of our sales and customer experience team members. This includes screening recorded or live calls and spot checking work to ensure quality, excellent customer service and adherence to our policies and procedures. This person will understand all key responsibilities of each role and track an employee’s performance on a score card. This information will be shared with the respective team leads and managers and will provide feedback to assist in the creation of performance improvement goals and the development or revision of the training program.
This person should have knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures within the solar industry, a call centre or a processing department. They are empowered to reinforce an environment that exceeds customers’ expectations and inspire employees.
Majority of their time is observing and scoring live and recorded calls or spot checking work to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
Create, interpret and distribute sales metrics. Includes individual, team and department level
Manage short and long term forecast planning and ensure key performance indicators
within the sales and customer experience teams align with business requirements
Facilitate management of auto dial list. Including all reporting and analytics related to list management
Identify opportunities for training resulting from monitoring and work with management on recommendations and development of skill enhancement programs
Shares insight in relation to quality standards and improvements via a report card
Escalate patterns or serious performance issues to management
Assist in development, documentation and maintenance of Service Level Objectives
Must be able to follow direction and able to work with minimal supervision
Desire to bring people to their full potential
Ability to follow process and provide input when process should be updated for current business environment or goals
You must be a New Zealand citizen/resident or holder of a current New Zealand work permit. Holders of a working holiday or student visa will not be considered.
