About GBC Winstone:
GBC Winstone is New Zealand's largest manufacturer and distributor of aggregates and sand to the construction industry. We are part of Fletcher Building, a diversified global building industry company. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service/Scheduler to join the team in Cambridge.

About the role:
You will be the essential link between our customers and products. You will be expected to deliver superior customer service balanced against efficient use of resources, and be an effective relationship builder with customers and staff.
The role will be managing and coordinating the daily activities of the fleet which will involve taking customer and delivery enquiries, receiving and scheduling customer orders, allocating loads to drivers, forward planning and resource management.
This role is based at our Whitehall Quarry in Cambridge. A good geographical knowledge of this area is essential.

Skills and Experience:
You are someone who is fast thinking, a problem solver, driven by results and is able work under pressure. You will have great interpersonal skills, enjoy a challenge while having fun along the way.
Ideally you are already familiar with the transport industry but this is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
