Basic skill of knives and food handing

relevant industry.

excellent food preparation skills

  • Flexibility to work shifts including

weekends And specially Nights.

About the candidates

Chef de Partie


  • Two years of experience as Chef De Partie
  • Experience in casual/bistro/fine dining
  • Knowledge of International cuisines
  • Honest and reliable
  • High attention to detail and passion for cooking.
  • Take care of assigned section.
  • Provide excellent service.
  • Maintain required Health standards.
  • Train Commis and Demi chefs if required .
  • Keep your kitchen cleaned and stocked up to date.

Chefs will...

  • Be a passionate Hospitality Professional
  • Be able to work and lead through busy service periods, and self motivating in quiet spots.
  • Have an eye for detail & be focused on quality & customer satisfaction
  • Be aware of with all kitchen costs.
  • Have good creative passion & the energy to focus on ala carte plus function menus.
  • Have impeccable safety & hygiene standards
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have eyes on a continuing career in kitchen service.

Most important follow the house rules.


All applicant should have nz qualification or if not then should be certified by recognised culinary institutions.

Should hold a valid working visa.


Hours will include weekend hours on a rotating roster. Part or full time hours negotiable for the right person. I don’t check the references coz ur present is your future and both are in your hands so don’t stress about the past and make a new start with me I only need you dedication to change your own life rest we respect hardworkers.
