As a Business Insurance Consultant you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls as well as making outbound calls to provide excellent quality service to new and existing customers. You'll be someone who can identify opportunities to initiate needs based, value adding conversations by offering solutions that meet customer needs whilst also smashing revenue growth and retention targets.
